We are an independent travel-design company based in Bonita Springs, Florida. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and transparently and to honoring the rights described below. 1. Who we are and scope
Luxe Vietnam Travel designs private, tailor-made journeys within Vietnam and connects travelers with vetted, licensed local operating partners. This policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site, our trip-planning and contact forms, and direct communications such as email and phone. It does not apply to the privacy practices of the third-party operators, hotels or service providers with whom your journey may ultimately be arranged; those parties maintain their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways. First, information you provide directly: when you submit an enquiry or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, travel dates, party details, travel preferences, budget range and message you choose to share. Second, information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, our hosting and security infrastructure may log technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not include such information in form submissions. We do not process payment-card data on the Site, because we do not take payments here.
